Regular meals: Morning sickness seems to be worse the longer you go between meals. Try eating small meals regularly throughout the day, including a healthy snack before bed. Keeping crackers at the bedside to eat before you get up may also help. Motion sickness wrist bands with acupressure may also help.

Alternate liquids: Another help, suggested by nutritionists, is to alternate solids and liquids. Do not wash your food or snacks down with lots of fluids. Wait 30 min. After eating to drink & 30 min after drinking to eat.
