Nausea: Morning sickness happens for many women in the first trimester of pregnancy. It is nausea sometimes vomiting. It can be triggered by smells, by being hungry, being in a car for instance. It can be helped by small frequent meals, avoiding fatty foods, eating carbs, taking ginger, wearing sea bands (also used for motion sickness). It can happen any time of the day. Some women need meds to treat it.
