Voice and braces: No. Your braces are not attached to your vocal cords but to your teeth.

Only by coincidence: If you have your braces removed as a young LAD of lets say 14, your voice may be deeper, but this is normal development and not braces related. Teeth do no effect vocal chord function. Enjoy your new mouth and your nature given vocal pattern!

NO: Not unless you're going through puberty and your voice is changing due to those hormonal changes.

No: If you're a tween-teen your voice will change naturally as you advance through puberty, with or without braces. Braces don't cause your voice to change, no matter what your "friends" have told you.
