How come tramatic brain injury not a common etiology of upper moter dysarthria?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

TBI general injury: Traumatic brain injury is usually a problem that involves the entire brain. Some specific areas may be involved, but this is not very common. Speaking difficulties (dysarthria) occur when a very small part of the brain is affected, and it is located in an area where this does not happen very often.
