Beach problems: Maybe your child was out in the sun for too long or had a tea shirt that was nylon and was rubbing over his nipple area fro long in the hot weather. Apply some petroleum jelly for a few days. Make sure it is not infected, if you see redness and tenderness &/or he is running a fever. You may need to see his pediatrician if it seems infected, .
