A member asked:

I'm a 17 year old male and both of my nipples are puffy for some reason they have been like this for a few years will it go away?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe, maybe not: The usual transient gynecomastia that occurs with puberty will usually resolve in 6 mo to a year. When it has persisted for more than three years, liposuction or other surgical intervention may be required for a satisfactory result. If you carry some extra weight, it can just be a site where extra fat is stored.A visit to a cosmetic surgeon could help you decide.
