Not at all: This is totally safe, a bit like having pumpkin pie after eating fish. While both fish oil and pumpkin seed oil are good sources of omega 3 fatty acids, pumpkin seed oil contains omega 6 and other fatty acids not found in fish oil, so taking them together would give you a better balance of fatty acids.
