Sleep deprivation: Sleep issues like sleep walking, talking or night terrors are commonly found in kids with poor sleep habits. The average teen needs 8-9 hrs/night & occasionally more during growth spurts. If the kid is pushing the limit & developing a sleep deficit these issues can come out. Discuss you kids case with her doctor & see if other issues need to be assessed, but improving sleep habits may help.
