Are there any foods that can help prevent myalgia or muscular pain?

Some patients have: Some patients have food allergies or sensitivities that can contribute to muscle pain. Of course each situation needs to be individualized under the direction of a knowledgeable physician. In my practice we often incorporate the rotation elimination diet to assess for any food sensitivities. Some foods may have an anti-inflammatory affect. The clinical impact is still subject to more research.

Sometimes: Sometimes coenzyme q10 is used when patients are on statins/cholesterol medications. There is debate on whether it helps much or not.
