Yes: "morning after" or emergency contraceptive pills that contain no estrogen do not increase risks of clotting. Plan b one-step, for example, is available without prescription. Some women with clotting disorders opt to use iud's for contraception. A copper iud can be inserted for emergency contraception in women who wish to continue this method.
