Social causes: I am not politically savvy, but compared with the rest of the developed world, the United States has far more people who are very poor and who lack access to, or willingness to use and do, the things that are required to keep a baby safe and healthy. This is the truth, though different people will offer widely different ideas about to help a situation for which there may be no easy solution.
