Dry (nonexudative) age-related macular degeneration (amd) is treated with areds (age-related eye disase study) vitamins. Wet (exudative) amd is treated with ocular injections (intravitreal avastin, lucentis, (ranibizumab) or eylea). See a retina specialist.
