GET SEEN: Wright loss, anemia and G.I. Problems together can be a serious problem especially if > 40 years old. You may need a colonoscopy to rule out cancer.

See doctor: Unintentional weight loss needs to be taken seriously and you need to see a doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are a male, being anemic is an additional serious issue.
