NOT A BIG PROBLEM: As long as the infant is not irritable, there is no distension of abdomen, and baby is breast fed it is no problem.Breast fed babies can have a stool with each feeding and some time no poop for 2-3 days and than poop.Even in formula fed babies can have no stool for 2days if the stools are sofe and no blood.No abdominal distension and baby is feeding alright you dont have to worry.
