New/old problem?Age?: There are several more questions that need to nbe asked. If you are a virgin, this could be your hymen. Some present a complete blockage and could be a problem at menarche. If, however, you are not or were previoulsy able to pass your finger and can no longer do this, i would schedule a visit with your gynecologist.
