Many causes exist...: But an evaluation may help find the cause. Usually a cause can be identified, and some behavior/diet/fluid modification can help if it bothers you. Many patients void every 2 hours and are not bothered. The most helpful thing is to provide your physician a 2 day bladder diary. Write down when and how much you drink, any alcohol or caffeine, when you void and when you feel sudden urges.
