NRT;CBT: Both nicotine replacement therapy ; cognitive behavioral therapy. Nrts help with cravings. Cbt will focus on you changing your behavior and changing the way you think about smoking. Look into online resources for quit smoking ideas. Just know what worked for one, doesn't work for all. Get support through friends, family, a helpline (1-800-quit-now).
