If i am allergic to aspirin, can i get a ketorolac injection?

Maybe: It depends on the type of reaction you have when you take aspirin. If you have asthma and taking Aspirin makes asthma worse then you can't take any NSAID except tylenol (acetaminophen) & celebrex. If Aspirin gives you hives then you should be able to safely take any other nsaid. Please discuss the specifics with a board-certified allergist.

Yes but risky: Aspirin allergy and NSAID allergy don't have 100% overlap, but there is enough that if you have a true allergy to one kind of NSAID (aspirin) we advise you avoid all, unless you have undergone desensitization.

No: The risk of allergy to other nsaids is too high to justify the potential benefit.
