Which polio vaccine do we use today? if i took sugar cubes, do i need vaccine again?

IPV: Today, we use an injectable form of poliovirus vaccine, known as ipv. No longer is the oral polio vaccine used in the United States. If you had the oral polio virus vaccine, you do not need to be re-vaccinated.

Depends: The original oral vaccine was administered on sugar cubes in several doses over several months starting in the mid/late 1950's. If you received the set of oral doses you are finished. People were so paranoid about polio back then I would assume you got them all & wouldn't worry about it.
