Tough to Tell: It's difficult to know if you reacted to the trout, a spice/seasoning used, or perhaps a side dish. You need to have this tested by a doctor. If you're allergic/sensitive to trout, that doesn't necessarily mean you can't eat any fish. In particular, shellfish may be different for you than regular fish. In either case, you can't know without medical testing. An allergy can be deadly, so get tested.
