Hyperhidrosis: Hyperhidrosis is a dysregulation of the sympathetic nervous system and can affect face, hands, armpits, trunk etc. Thoracoscopic sympathectomy is an effective treatment. Sweating can also be a symptom of other diseases including endocrinopathy, infection such as tuberculosis, even cancer. Therefore, seeing your primary care doc for this is recommended.
