Diet will reduce fat: Breast tissue enlargement will not respond to dieting only fatty enlargement will respond to dieting. Breast tissue enlargement will only respond to surgery. Symptoms of breast enlargement include neck pain, back pain, and interiginous rashes.

Try diet first, but.: You can't lose weight from one area selectively, but you should be within 10-15 pounds of your target before going ahead with breast reduction. If you have a reduction and then lose a lot of weight, your reduced breasts will "deflate." talk with a surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery to evaluate the best course for you.

Dieting: And getting to a stable weight is always important. Breast reductions are best done prior to large weight losses as a large amount of weight loss may affect the amount of tissue in the breast and result in sagging once again. But that is only with large amounts of weight loss ( over 25 lbs or more.).
