Yes: Most antibiotics that we use today can lead to a change in the vaginal flora, and thus lead to overproduction of yeast, and hence a yeast infection. This of course includes tetracycline.

Yes: When taking an antibiotic it disturbs the normal bacterial flora that keep the candida organisms in check. Once this relationship is disturbed you may get an overgrowth and develop a yeast infection. Can happen in the mouth or vaginally.
