MONILIASIS: Oral thrush is treated with Nystatin oral suspension. Vaginal monilia infection is treated with suppository or cream. Both rx are for fungus but different strength.

Yes: It will be effective but you might want to try Mycelex (clotrimazole) troches which are lozenges that you let dissolve slowly in your mouth.
