My feet stay ice cold also my palms specially during the night when it gets bit cold, i try to keep them warm, etiology? diagnosis? rx? thanks

Circulation issue: You are describing a circulation imbalance. It would be helpful to see your doctor for an evaluation. When hands/feet/fingers/toes get ice cold (and worse any cold environment) raynaud's may be a consideration. If you are a smoker that adds to the problem.
