Circulation issue: You are describing a circulation imbalance. It would be helpful to see your doctor for an evaluation. When hands/feet/fingers/toes get ice cold (and worse any cold environment) raynaud's may be a consideration. If you are a smoker that adds to the problem. I would also consider a chinese medicine evaluation as chinese medicine can correct imbalances and improve circulation problems.

It is important: To try and distinguish if they are indeed cold or just feel like they are cold. Possible raynaud's if they really get cold, possible radiculopathy if perceived as cold.
