Something not right: Being 6-7 wks pregnant should not be causing horrible pain in hip/leg. Pregnancy can increase risk of blood clot in you leg, but that is usual not horribly painful. Thus, something is not right--avascular necrosis of hip joint? Bursitis, infection in joint? It is difficult to tell what you have, but definitely not normal. So, consult doc asap. Good luck.
