No: Most people with lung cancer do not have clubbed fingers. When the do they may also have shin and other bone pain due to pulmonary osteoarthropathy. Severe pulmonary disease and cardiopulmonary disease can also cause clubbing of the fingers.

Clubbing is linked: To adenocarcinoma of the lung, and hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy, but it is not specfic. There are infections, heart and lung cancers that also cause clubbing. Small cell and squamous cancers are less likely to have these findings.
