Hearing loss?: Fullness in the ear is a non-specific symptom. It can be secondary to jaw joint problems. It you have no pain and no recent loss of hearing in that ear, it is very unlikely you have an ear infection. Fullness in the throat is again very non-specific. See an ENT doctor for a specific diagnosis.
