Allergic Reaction: Itchy breasts could be a result of benign condition like local allergic reaction or something as serious as a malignancy.. Does the skin look dry? Does it have any kind of scaly or non-scaly rash? Sometimes, being over-weight causes certain "stretch marks" on breasts and other parts of body; which can itch. Vitamin e oil helps soothe the itchy- dry skin. Consult your md if the itchiness persists.

Itchy: Itchy is usually skin related: dry skin or eczema type. Weight loss is a different problem you should see your doctor.
