Could be stool...: You probably do not have to worry about any infection. Your infant daughter is most likely sociable, happy and feeding well without fever, vomiting or fussiness. No rash over the genital area too...I would rinse the area and replace with a clean diaper and monitor this phenomena over time. Mucusy discharge is possible from the vagina-not green.
