Salmon for dieters: One of the best foods from the sea is wild salmon as it is one of the few foods that also provides essential fatty acids e.g. Omega 3 oil along with excellent protein.

Fatty fish: The best and healthiest fish are "fatty fish". They have the good fat that is healthy for you. Salmon, tuna, sardines are good choices. I like talapia, but not really a fatty fish. Check with your local grocery fish/meat section.
