Granuloma annulare: High potency topical or intralesional corticosteroids are the most common treatments prescribed for localized ga. Many systemic drugs have been used in the treatment of generalized ga, such as hydroxychloroquine, isotretinoin, or dapsone. Cyclosporine is reserved for severe, refractory cases. Topical calcineurin inhibitors such as tacrolimus or pimecrolimus can be tried as well.
