Spine specialist: Sorry to hear the therapy and medications haven't been helpful. You should consider seeing an orthopedic specialist to discuss other options for treatment. Often a physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist) can be very helpful to review the physical therapy you've tried, prescribe other techniques that may be helpful and also consider a spinal injection.
