This needs attention: These symptoms could indicate a number of neurological issues. The numbness could be due to nerve compression in the elbows or the neck. However, the dizziness would not be typical of a local nerve compression. This could be an atypical migraine or it could be sign of a worse problem, such as multiple sclerosis. If it lasts more than a few minutes, see a doctor.
