MRSA: Mrsa usually colonizes the skin and nose, so it's likely to be on the body. That said if the skin of your baby is intact it would be unlikely to infect him. If he keeps the wound covered and washes his hands i would probably let him (for a little while). It's also probably a good idea to avoid sharing sheets, towels, and personal items.
