Exercise to lower BP: "hypertension" & "high blood pressure" are the same thing. All muscular exercise raises blood pressure somewhat while you're doing it.Then it drops lower when you're done & stays that way for hours to days depending on how practiced you are. Meditation, biofeedback, & yoga lower bp, too, by relaxing the mind/body. Every time you take a deep breath, BP falls a little. For best results, do both!
