Donate or change: There are many organizations, such as the lighthouse or guild for the blind that accept donations and give glasses to people that can't afford them. They, along with your local thrift store will accept donated glasses for a tax deduction. You can also bring them to an eyeglass store to put your new prescription in them as a backup. Or just recycle them or give them away.
