Yes!: Many women with pcos do conceive on their own, especially if they are healthy and maintain a proper diet and exercise program. If they need help, our treatments are phenomenally successful!

Yes: Many women with polycystic ovarian syndrome will be successful with pregnancy. The treatment is multifactorial though. Weight control needs to be pursued, in addition to ovulation induction possibly with Clomid or Letrozole also glucophage (metformin) may be necessary to reduce Insulin resistance.
