"thousands": Important variables include the type of repair, surgeon's cost, anesthesiologist's cost, hospital (or ambulatory surgery center's) cost, etc. Some states publish average costs per hospital per procedure (check out healthcarecompare in il). If you ask to meet with a hospital representative, they should be able to get a better estimate. Good luck.

Depends: It depends on your insurance, copay and a number of other factors. If you do not have insurance and are going to pay the whole fee it can be quite expensive. The price you get quoted will be quite different depending on surgeon, hospital etc...
