Healthy Heart Plus: Healthy whole body; lots of fruits and veggies. Whole grains, nuts, beans. Fish. Less animal products (dairy, eggs, fatty meat. Choose lean meat like chicken, turkey). Less highly processed food. Watch salt. Limit caffeine.
