Tough to answer: Usually a disease of children and very uncommon at that. Very rare in adults. Definitely should be treated at a center. Difficult to answer the question without knowing about treatment, and surgical resection etc. Tried to give some info since I have seen your question for a bit. Would discuss details with oncologist at a large center esp. If a child.

Depends: Patients with metastatic alveolar rms do not tend to live very long as the disease is aggressive and generally incurable. 1-2 years would be my estimate maximum.
