Several: Botox has on label and off label uses. On label means uses that the fda has specifically approved it for and off label are other uses not "on the label". Some common uses are: decreasing the appearance of wrinkles, migraine headache treatment, clenching/tmd, overactive sweat glands, and relief of muscle pain.

Lots of things: Originally, Botox was used by eye doctors to treat double vision and eye twitching! most drugs can be used for a wide variety of things, legally, with or without fda approval. It takes a lot of money to get fda approval so sometimes a company choose to not pay for the approval process when the medical community has already made the unapproved use very common, like crows feet wrinkles.

Botox uses: Botox first started for medical purposes before being used in plastic surgery. Botox has been used all over the body, for both on-label and off-label uses. For cosmetic procedures, Botox most commonly helps relax facial muscles to reduce wrinkles. Botox has also been used to slim the face by reducing large jaw muscles in some patients. Botox has also been used for non-surgical rhinoplasty too.
