Change eating habits: The safest way to lose weight is two fold. Eat better, and exercise more. I recommend only drinking water or crystal light, and skim milk. Eliminating fast foods and fried foods is extremely important. Eating loads of vegetables and fruits in place of chips, and high calorie snacks is a necessity. Salads, and baked or grilled meats are better options. Physical activity is a must. Walk! run!
