Make a fist or 2 :): Keep it simple at first. Most people have a spongy ball lying around. If not, they might have a tennis ball or one of similar size for a child or grandchild. Simply place in hand and squeeae it while walking, talking, watching tv. Of course, if there has been some injury to that hand, it is best to see a physical therapist or other expert about specific do's and don'ts. And stop if there is pain.
