Wrist flexibility: Certain exercises that increase flexibiliity especially in the carpal tunnel can help symptoms of nerve compression. Ultimately, strengthening the affected forearm muscles can also help in the long run. But first you need to calm down the nerve symptoms and try to minimize any exacerbating activity.
