Pulmonary fibrosis: This is not true, pulmonary fibrosis can effect parts of either or both lungs and does not have to follow any particular pattern in time or region of the lungs.

No: It depends on what is causing the fibrosis, but it can certainly affect other areas if it's the common type of fibrosis.
