No: There has been only one well documented caase of a cure, and it involved bone marrow transplantation with the marrow from a donor who was immune to hiv. This is not a practical way to cure HIV for people who don't need a marrow transplant, but it could lead to other approaches. There is a lot of money and effort being spent on cure research right now.
