Very Diligently!: Well you have to start out slowly if along with the overeating you have not been exercising. Any exercise should be on a regular and routine basis and last for about 30 minutes of aerobic activity. The older you are the longer it should last up to one hour when 40 or above. You have to start slow and work up to the appropriate heart rate. The plan is routine and not binge like the eating.
