Sleep Hygiene: Waking up (poor sleep maintenance) can be due to a number of things. If you are overweight consider obstructive sleep apnea (osa). Do you snore? Ask your partner if you snore or ever stop breathing momentarily; do you have depression or stresses? See your doctor for these. Next, you need to look up sleep hygiene on the net. Lots of suggestions here. Can try melatonin over the counter as a trial.
