Yes: Addison disease, hemochromatosis, argyria, increase skin tone. Phenylketonuria causes lighter skin and hair. Poor health often increases pigmentation, e.g. Under the eyes. Pregnancy may also cause increase in facial pigmentation. Lack of niacin, riboflavin, thymine cause skin rashes.
